Since 1990, Shrida has been providing customers from across the globe with the high quality builder’s hardware and ironmongery within the agreed timelines.

Lead by Mr Rahul Agrawal and his close associates, the manufacturing facility is supported by a team of over 150 of engineers and artisans using only the best raw materials having a capability of processing out over 30 tons of metal every month. The marriage of traditional with the latest state-of-art machines is clearly visible inside the workshop with the presence of CNC machines alongside the hand crafting of the metal. All the orders are processed on the factory ERP system right from the receipt of Purchase Order to the Delivery to our customer and reviews after the delivery.

Over the years, we have achieved expertise in manufacturing of Locks, Finials and Builder’s Hardware/ Architectural Ironmongery. We are proud and confident that we are the best in these fields.

All the products are drawn on advanced 3-D Software like Solidworks and AutoCAD for approval from the customer before it goes into sample/mass production. We also ensure the Zero Series Production reaches our customer for every new product added to the product range. Quality is on the top of our mind, we ensure incoming inspections, in process inspections and final inspections as per the AQL shared by the customer to ensure only the best reaches your warehouse.

The manufacturing plant has CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Bending Press Brake, VMC Milling, CNC Turning, CNC Wire Forming, Automatic Pressure Die casting, Forging Presses, Pneumatic Feeders, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Machines alongside the Hand Polishing, Hand Spinning and Sand Casting to ensure the highest precision while preserving the soul of the product. We offer Powder Coating, Electro Galvanized Passivation (White/Yellow/Green), Hot Dip Galvanized, Electro Plated, Hand Polished, Polished and Lacquered, Anodised and Custom Finishes to customer requirements.

The ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 are implemented at every level inside the factory. Apart from these, we regularly focus on practices like 5S, LEAN Manufacturing, POKE-YOKE, Departmental Safety Score, My Machine, Zero Effect-Zero Defect, Water Metering and Fire and Safety mock drills at the manufacturing plant to stay up to date. The employees at Shrida Udyog are the key to success for the company and with more than 60% of workforce associated for over 10 years, they take pride in calling Shrida their second home.

Shrida Udyog offers quotations for shipments delivered to Factory, FOB, CIF and Door Delivery by Air or By Sea for ease of finalization by the customer.
